2. Provision
of e-advice:
-within
24 hours of receiving your inquiry Law Firm will send to your e-mail address a form with all the
information and documents which are necessary to advise you on your problem as well as the
information on the fee and time within which you will receive the advice - the time will start to
run once you have paid the fee to the Law Firm’s account
-if
you accept the Terms & Conditions set out in the form, you should pay the fee to the Law Firm’s
account and mail back the form you were sent containing the information you were asked for
3. On
receiving the fee Law Firm will:
- start
dealing with your inquiry
- make
out an invoice using the details sent by the client in the form
4. Law
Firm will deal with the inquiry within the agreed time unless the complexity of the case requires a
longer period. In a such a situation a new deadline will be agreed upon with client
